Gibco Virus Production Medium is a chemically defined, serum-free, protein-free, non-animal derived medium specifically developed for Growth and transfection in Virus Producer Cells 2.0 (suspension-adapted HEK 293F derived cells) for Adeno-associated virus (AAV) production as part of the AAV-MAX helper-free AAV production system.

Features of Virus Production Medium include:
•Supports growth of suspension virus production cells 2.0 to densities exceeding 1.2 x 10⁷ cells/mL
• Available Generates high AAV titers (greater than 5 x 10¹⁰ vg/mL) (unpurified)
• Supports Virus Production Cell 2.0 growth and transfection from shake flask to bioreactor scale
