Optical adhesive sealing films are easy to use. Simply peel off the backing of the adhesive sealing film and place on a microplate. Used together with MicroAmp adhesive sealing film sealing machine, the pressure can be applied to the microplate and A tight seal is formed between the sealing membranes. This will reduce the possibility of cross-contamination between sample wells and prevent sample evaporation to obtain consistent real-time PCR data.
