RNAqueous™-96 Kit is suitable for use with guanidine-based lysis/denaturant and glass fiber filter isolation techniques from 100– High-throughput, phenol-free total RNA isolation from 2,000,000 cells or 0.1–1.5 mg of tissue. This kit contains sufficient reagents for 192 (2 x 96) RNA purifications. The RNAqueous™-96 Kit is suitable for isolating total RNA from multiple and very small samples.

Using the RNAqueous™-96 Kit
This procedure uses RNA combined with glass fiber filters and vacuum filtration or centrifugation methods to obtain high yields of intact RNA. Optional on-column DNase treatment is available to ensure removal of genomic DNA for RT-PCR applications. The 96-well plate is compatible with the more common 96-well plate vacuum manifolds and 96-well plate centrifuge rotors. The RNAqueous™-96 Kit provides consistent high yields of RNA from various amounts of starting material. Isolated high-quality RNA is shown (see figure).
