Ambion® Molecular Biology Grade, TE, pH 8.0 solution is supplied in 500 mL vials. This buffer is certified RNase-free, cost-effective, and ready to use. Because RNase is so ubiquitous, producing products for use with RNA is extremely difficult. Ambion®'s nuclease-free reagents and buffers are manufactured in multiple facilities specifically designed to prevent the introduction of nucleases. Highly sensitive RNase detection is performed at several different stages of the production process to ensure optimal quality.
