Thermo Scientific 96-Well Skirted Plate (Divisible, Barcoded, White) Includes skirt for robotic writing , the plate is more rigid and provides space for bar coding. Proprietary segmented design allows boards to be cut into segments of 24 and 48 holes. These plates are particularly suitable for applications requiring less than 96 samples. They feature industry-standard 128 barcodes for sample and plate tracking and have a cutoff at the H1 position. These plates have thin well walls and are available in white plates suitable for qPCR applications.

With barcode
The barcode uses industry standards Code 128. The label itself can withstand temperatures from -196°C to 120°C, ensuring the barcode remains on the plate throughout the workflow. It also has a special coating that virtually eliminates any 'rubbing' of the barcode during handling. Dual barcodes are located on opposite sides of the plate's numerical and alphabetical markings.
