Thermo Scientific DNA Ploymerase I is available in 10 U/µL, 2500 Units packaging form. This product is template-dependent DNA Polymerase can accelerate the synthesis of DNA from 5'→3'. This product also has 3→5' exonuclease (correction) activity, 5'→3' exonuclease activity and nuclease H activity.
