Thermo Scientific ScaI restriction enzyme recognizes the AGT^ACT site and cleaves well at 37°C in its unique buffer. Note:
Star activity may occur under conditions of low salt, high enzyme concentration, glycerol concentration > 5% or pH > 8.0. For complete digestion, supercoiled plasmids may require 20 times the amount of ScaI as linear DNA.
