Cell Lysis Buffer is a ready-to-use lysis buffer for ELISA and Western blot applications. Total protein was extracted from animal cells. This buffer uses detergent-based lysis that eliminates the need for mechanical cell disruption, providing a gentler and easier alternative when isolating proteins from cell cultures. This preparation helps preserve protein structure and function required for enzymatic or immunoassay testing.

Buffer recipe:10 mM Tris (pH 7.4), 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 1 mM NaF, 20 mM Na<sub>4< /sub>P2O7
2 mM Na3VO4, 1% Triton X- 100, 10% glycerol, 0.1% SDS, 0.5% deoxycholate

This cell extraction buffer does not contain protease inhibitors and should be supplemented with 1 mM PMSF and Protease inhibitor cocktail.
