mRNA Catcher™ PLUS Kit enables high-throughput purification of mRNA from cells, tissue, blood and total RNA in 96-well format . By utilizing locked nucleic acid (LNA) technology, the mRNA Catcher™ PLUS kit improves performance and provides faster protocols while preserving mRNA yield and purity (see table). The mRNA Catcher™ PLUS kit offers:

How it works
mRNA from total RNA, cells, tissues, and blood samples were hybridized to form immobilized LNA containing single-stranded 20-mer oligo(dT). Incorporating LNA into oligonucleotide probes improves hybridization efficiency and specificity of mRNA binding. The mRNA can be eluted in the wells or directly reverse transcribed into cDNA. The mRNA Catcher™ PLUS method requires no centrifugation, precipitation, phase separation, or column filtration. Furthermore, the entire method is easily automated to enable streamlined, high-throughput expression profiling of large-scale processes. Isolated mRNA is suitable for downstream applications such as RT-PCR and qRT-PCR.
