PureLink PCR Purification Kits provide a more convenient, fast, and high-yield purification process than kits from other companies. After PCR amplification, PCR amplicons need to be purified in many common downstream applications, including digestion, ligation, sequencing, and labeling experiments to protect them from enzymes (polymerases, restriction enzymes) and reaction components ( dNTPs, primers, buffers, salts) enter, contaminate and adversely affect downstream experiments.
The advantages of the PureLink PCR purification kit include:
•The binding capacity is 4 times that of the company's Q; the 40 µg of the PureLink kit is compared to the 10 µg of other companies' kits
• No additional steps are required Kit requires tedious sample pH adjustments
• Convenient and fast protocol, completed in less than 10 minutes
• Includes optional scale selection buffer for selective purification of 300– 600 bp fragments or Remove <300 bp fragments
PureLink PCR Purification Kit works on the principle of selective binding of dsDNA to silica membrane in the presence of chaotropic salts. Simply mix PCR products with binding buffer and apply to PureLink spin columns. The dsDNA binds to the silica membrane in the column. Use wash buffer to completely remove impurities. When purifying DNA, elute dsDNA in low-salt elution buffer or water. Purified PCR products are suitable for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, restriction endonuclease digestion and cloning.
