Thermo Scientific™ DreamTaq™ Hot Start Green PCR Master Mix is a ready-to-use 2X reaction mix that includes DreamTaq™ Hot Start DNA polymerase, DreamTaq Green buffer, magnesium, and dNTPs. This master mix reduces pipetting steps and requires only the addition of primers, template, and water for easy reaction setup. The green master mix contains density reagents and two tracking dyes, allowing PCR products to be conveniently loaded directly onto the gel.

DreamTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase is an enhanced hot start Taq DNA polymerase that enables higher PCR specificity, sensitivity and yield compared to traditional hot start Taq DNA polymerase.

DreamTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase provides antibody-based inhibition of DNA polymerase activity at ambient temperature to prevent amplification of non-specific products prior to the amplification step. Equipped with DreamTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase, reactions can be set up at room temperature using the same protocols and cycling conditions as traditional Taq DNA Polymerase.
