HRP-conjugated strepavidin consists of covalently coupled horseradish peroxidase (HRP) (RZ > 3.0) streptavidin protein composition. Streptavidin binds biotin, which when conjugated to HRP provides enzymatic activity, allowing detection using an appropriate substrate system. This product is intended for sandwich ELISA applications and provides consistent measurement results for biotinylated detection antibodies.
