Poly-HRP Streptavidin consists of covalently coupled chains of polymerized forms of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) Mycoavidin protein composition. Streptavidin binds biotin, and conjugation to HRP polymers provides higher levels of enzymatic activity, allowing detection with appropriate substrate systems. This particular Poly-HRP streptavidin product is intended primarily for sandwich ELISA applications to improve the signal provided by commonly used (non-polymeric forms) streptavidin-HRP conjugates.

Poly-HRP Streptavidin Properties:

•Formulation:Conjugate PBS with distilled glycerin, BSA and preservatives.
•Application: ELISA: Can be used with biotin-labeled detection antibodies. Recommended dilution range is 1:2,000 - 1:20,000. The optimal dilution for each specific application must be determined empirically. The diluent must be prepared immediately before use.
