The reagents in the Qtracker™ 800 Cell Labeling Kit use custom targeting peptides to target near Infrared fluorescent Qdot™ 800 nanocrystals are delivered into the cytoplasm of living cells. The Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit is designed to label cells growing in culture using high-intensity fluorescent Qdot™ nanocrystals. Once inside a cell, Qtracker™ labels provide strong and stable fluorescence that can be tracked over generations of cells without transferring to neighboring cells in the cell population.

Available in eight colors—525 nm, 565 nm, 585 nm, 605 nm, 625 nm, 655 nm, 705 nm or 800 nm emission
• < b>Particularly suitable for long-term tracking or imaging studies of living cells, including cell migration, movement, morphology and other cell function tests

Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit uses customized targeting peptides , Qdot™ nanocrystals can be delivered into the cytoplasm of living cells. Cytoplasmic delivery of this mechanism is not specifically enzyme-mediated; therefore, no cell type specificity is observed. Delivery is usually completed in less than 1 hour.

Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit’s Qdot™ nanocrystals are compatible with serum-sensitive cells; remain robust under complex cellular environments and a variety of biological conditions, including changes in intracellular pH, temperature, and metabolic activity Fluorescence. In addition, using the Qtracker™ 655, 705 or 800 kits, you can avoid autofluorescence commonly observed in cells or tissues.

Persistent Targeting Signal
Use the Qtracker™ Labeling Kit to observe labeled cells using broad, continuous illumination without the photobleaching typically associated with organic dyes degradation problem. Qtracker™ markers are distributed in cytoplasmic vesicles and are inherited by daughter cells for at least six generations. Fluorescence from Qtracker™ markers is still visible in some cell lines one week after delivery. The Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit, which maintains fluorescence within cells for long periods of time, is ideal for studying cell movement, migration, differentiation, morphology, and many other cellular functions. Qtracker™ markers do not leak out of intact cells and are taken up by neighboring cells within a cell population.

Signals can be monitored on a variety of platforms
Live cells labeled with Qtracker™ reagents can be easily monitored on a variety of platforms, including flow cytometry, fluorescence/confocal Microscopes, fluorescence microplate readers, and high-content imaging systems.

Minimal impact on living cells
The cytotoxicity of the materials used in the Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit has been tested in a variety of cell lines, including CHO, HeLa, U -118, 3T3, HUVEC and Jurkat cells. Labeling with the Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kit has minimal impact on the expression of cell surface markers, cell proliferation, cell enzyme activity and cell mobility.

Can be used in a variety of cell tracking studies
Researchers have demonstrated a wide range of applications for Qtracker™ labeled cells, including cell co-culture and cell assembly into heterotypic complexes , multi-lineage differentiation, transdifferentiation and cell fusion, embryonic and mesenchymal stem cell tracking and cell migration dynamics.
