Quant-iT dsDNA High Sensitivity Quantification Kit and Quant-iT dsDNA Wide Range Quantification Kit make DNA quantification simple and accurate. These kits provide concentrated assay reagents, dilution buffers, and prediluted DNA standards. Simply dilute the reagent 1:200, add 200 µL to the wells of the microplate, add 1–20 µL of sample, mix, and read the fluorescence signal.

These quantification kits are highly selective for double-stranded DNA compared to RNA, with fluorescence in the range of 0.2–100 ng (HS Quantification Kit) or 4–1000 ng (BR Quantification Kit) Signal is linearly related to DNA content. Measurements are performed at room temperature, and the signal remains stable for three hours.
