Thermo Scientific 6X TriTrack DNA Loading Stain is used to prepare DNA for loading on agarose or polyacrylamide gels Markers and samples. It contains 3 different dyes (bromophenol blue, xylene cyanine FF and Orange G) for visual tracking of DNA mobility during electrophoresis. Glycerol ensures that the ladder and DNA in the sample settle at the bottom of the well. EDTA contained in the solution can bind to divalent metal ions and inhibit metal-dependent nucleases.

6X TriTrack DNA loading dye is used for routine DNA electrophoresis.
