Thermo Scientific Tris Buffered UTP (uridine 5'-triphosphate) is an extremely stable nucleotide. Supplied as a 100 mM aqueous solution and titrated to pH 7.3-7.5 using Tris base. Nucleotide purity is greater than 99%, contains no nuclease activity, and has been functionally tested in in vitro transcription.
