NucRed Live 647 ReadyProbes Reagent is a bright, far-infrared, cell-transmitting nuclear dye that can be used on live or fixed cells. Supplied as a room temperature stable solution in a convenient dropper bottle. Add only two drops per ml to stain cells.

Supplied at 12.5X concentration with 1% DMSO, PowerLoad solubilizer and HBSS buffer. Also available as HCS Nuclear Masking Deep Red Stain at 250X in DMSO.

Cell Imaging Applications
Far-infrared fluorescence emission makes it suitable for use with blue, green and red fluorophores such as Hoechst, GFP/FITC and Texas Red Ideal.

Usage Recommendations
• Use NucRed Live 647 ReadyProbes Reagent can be added directly to cells in complete medium or buffered solutions.
•In most cases, 2 drops/mL and 15 to 30 minutes of incubation will produce bright nuclear staining; however, more or fewer drops can be added to achieve optimal staining intensity.
•In most cases, if cells are not washed before imaging, staining intensity increases with time.
•Can be detected with far-infrared filters, such as the Cy5 filter or the Cy5 Light Cube for EVOS imaging systems.
