This is a step molecular weight standard with a 20 bp difference between DNA fragments and contains purified, blunt-ended 20 bp basic unit repeats. This DNA ladder is not recommended for DNA quantification.

O'RangeRuler 20 bp DNA Molecular Weight Standard comes with 6 X Orange DNA Loading for sample DNA Dyes. Orange G dye can be used to monitor DNA migration in agarose or polyacrylamide gels, migrating at 50 bp in 1% agarose gels. It is particularly suitable for dyes that require visualization of small DNA fragments.
