Evaporate simply and efficiently with the Thermo Scientific Reacti-Vap Evaporator. These precision-machined gas handling chambers can be used to simultaneously or individually fill samples with high-pressure inert gas in the Thermo Scientific Reacti-Vap Therm module. Simply connect the evaporator to the Reacti-Therm module. The evaporation head is tilted back for easy installation and removal of the needle. The needle is PTFE coated and suitable for applications using strong acids. Each Reacti-Vap needle has a Luer-Lok™ hub for connection to the Reacti-Vap vaporizer to prevent leakage. Needles are available in 4" and 6" lengths. The Reacti-Vap PTFE-coated needle is a flat-ended 19-gauge stainless steel needle designed for use with Reacti-Vap vaporizers to reduce cross-contamination and corrosion when evaporating solvents containing strong acids.
