[Product Description]
The heavy metal lead rapid test applies the principleof competitive inhibition immunochromatography, theheavy metal lead in the sample binds to the fluorescentlylabelled specific monoclonal antibody in the flow processwhich inhibits the binding of the antibody and the heavymetal lead-BSA coupler on the detection line (T line) of theNC membrane, regardless of whether or not the heavymetal lead is contained in the sample, the labelledantibody to the heavy metal lead will be captured by thequality control antibody immobilized on the NC membranein the process of chromatography and a red band willappear in the quality control region (C). Whether thesample contains heavy metal lead or not, the labelledheavy metal lead antibody will be captured by the qualitycontrol antibody immobilised on the NC membrane duringthe chromatographic process, and a red band will appear inthe quality control region (C). The red band in the QC zone(C)is a criterion for determining whether thechromatography process is normal or not, and also servesas an internal control criterion for the reagents.
[Minimum detection limit]
10ppb
[Scope of Application]
This product is suitable for the detection ofheavy metal lead in water quality.
[Product Composition]
1.Test cards: 20 sachets/box (each sachetcontains one test card, one pipette, one reaction tubeone desiccant)
2.instruction manual: 1 copy/box
[Testing Procedure]
1.Read the instructions completely beforeperforming the test, remove the required amount oftest reagent from the kit to return to roomtemperature (20 to 25'C), do not open the testreagent pouch until the test reagent has returned toroom temperature.
2.After the test reagent and the sample to beexamined are restored to room temperature (20~25℃), carefully open the bag of the test reagent.
3.Pipette the sample to be tested to the mark(about 80ul), add it to the reaction tube, slowlysuction until the test sample and the reaction reagentare well mixed, about 3-5 times, pipette the liquid inthe reaction tube, slowly add it to the spiking hole ofthe test reagent (if it is a test strip, insert the test stripinto the reaction tube), start the timer, and observethe result at 5 minutes. To ensure accuracy of resultsdo not read results after 10 minutes.
[Interpretation of results]
[Notes]
1. The amount of liquid added during testing isas accurate and consistent as possible;
2. Confirm that the selection of test items iscorrect;
3. Please read the relevant results within thespecified time;
4. Test strips should be used once within theshelf life,
5. Return the test strip and the sample to beexamined to room temperature before use,
6. Do not touch the white film surface in thecentre of the test strip, and discard for use if broken;
[Storage and expiry date]
1. storage temperature 2 -30°c, placed in a cooldry place away from light, do not freeze;2. This product is valid for24 months;3. The date of production, expiry date and batchnumber are shown on the outer packaging
