Product Usage
Double-stranded DNA molecular weight standards can be visualized on 1–2% agarose gels after staining with ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe. This molecular weight standard is applied to DNA bands of increasing intensity. DNA samples can be approximately quantified based on the precise amount of DNA in each band.
