Product Usage
Double-stranded DNA molecular weight standards can be visualized on 0.8–1% agarose gels after staining with ethidium bromide or SYBR Safe. This molecular weight standard is designed using equimolar amounts of DNA within each band. DNA samples can be approximately quantified based on the precise amount of DNA in each band.
