This gentle, easy-to-use and highly flexible kit allows you to combine the antibody of your choice for positive isolation bead-free and Cells compatible with flow cytometry. Now you can use your own antibodies to isolate virtually any cell type from any species or starting sample. The magnetic beads are released and removed from the cell sample immediately after positive isolation. In this way, you avoid exposing cells to potentially cytotoxic or immunogenic foreign matter (such as iron oxides or dextran), which is a potential problem when using biodegradable particles. Additionally, your cells will not be exposed to pressure conducted through the column.

This kit provides you with everything you need for DSB-X™ biotinylation of your antibodies and subsequent isolation of your target cell types. This technology has been successfully used to isolate a large number of cell subsets, including human and mouse T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and endothelial cells.

Starting samples:
Whole blood, PBMC/MNC, single cell suspension of lymph nodes, spleen or other tissues.

Capacity:
Kit will process 2 x 10⁹ mononuclear cells (MNC). Note that selection of antibody clones is critical for successful isolation (see package insert for technical advice).

Concentration:
Supplied as 15 mg beads/mL in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4, containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin ( BSA) and 0.02% sodium azide.
