Dynabeads™ CD15 are superparamagnetic microbeads covalently coupled to anti-human CD15 antibodies, which can be directly collected from whole blood, erythrocyte sedimentation rate Buffy coat or PBMC samples efficiently remove human CD15+ myeloid cells (mainly neutrophils and eosinophils). Dynabeads™ CD15 can also be used to positively isolate CD15+ cells for molecular applications. Advantages of Dynabeads™ CD15:

Information about Dynabeads™ CD15Dynabeads™ CD15 are uniformly sized superparamagnetic microbeads (4.5µm diameter) coated with monoclonal mouse IgM Antibody to recognize human CD15 membrane antigen. CD15 antigen is mainly expressed on human neutrophils and eosinophils, and is also expressed to varying degrees on monocytes.
Magnetic bead-based separation technology for easy operationAdd Dynabeads™ CD15 to the sample with constant mixing to optimize binding of Dynabeads™ to target cells. Place the sample on the magnetic stand and separate the bead-bound target molecules from the rest of the sample in just 1–2 minutes. To remove, transfer the supernatant to a new tube for further study and discard the bead-bound cells. When performing positive isolations for molecular studies, remove the supernatant and wash the bead-bound cells 2–3 times in buffer to obtain ideal purity. Cells can be lysed but still attached to the beads and the supernatant transferred to a new tube for downstream molecular analysis. Starting samples include whole blood, PBMC, or buffy coat.
