Total exosome isolation reagent (from serum) can quickly and efficiently enrich intact exosomes from serum samples.
• Dramatically improve recovery of intact exosomes for any type of downstream application
• Easily isolate exosomes following a simple and reliable protocol
• Avoid time-consuming ultracentrifugation
• Maximize Use flexibility—can scale up or down based on sample volume
Isolating exosomes can be a time-consuming, tedious, non-specific, and difficult process. The Total Exosome Isolation Reagent (from Serum) allows simple and reliable concentration of intact exosomes from serum samples following a protocol that scales with sample volume.
This reagent binds water molecules, thereby forcing poorly soluble components (such as vesicles) out of solution, which can then be collected by short, low-speed centrifugation. Add the reagent to the serum sample and allow the solution to incubate for 30 minutes at 2°C to 8°C. Precipitated exosomes were recovered by standard centrifugation (speed: 10,000 xg, time: 10 minutes). The pellets are then resuspended in PBS or similar buffer, at which point the exosomes are ready for downstream analysis or further purified by affinity methods. Then use
Total exosome RNA and protein isolation kit to purify total RNA and protein, or complete exosomes The body is used for biological studies involving its pathways, function, and transport. For immunoprecipitation of exosomal proteins, use
Exosome immunoprecipitation (protein A) or
Exosome immunoprecipitation (protein G).
To isolate intact exosomes from cell culture media, we recommend using the
Total Exosome Isolation Reagent ( from cell culture media).
