The SNAP™ Miniprep Kit is a plasmid DNA purification system designed to produce pure plasmid DNA in only 25 minutes (Figure 1 and 2) for automated sequencing. Pure plasmid DNA improves your automated sequencing results by producing:

To ensure higher quality, use each batch of SNAP™ Miniprep Kits in automated sequencing reactions. At least 450 bases of 98.5% accurate sequence must be obtained. Typical read lengths are up to 650 bases. The SNAP™ Miniprep Kit yields up to 10 μg of pure miniprep plasmid DNA from 1-3 ml overnight cultures.
