Dynabeads™ The CD8 Positive Isolation Kit contains uniformly sized superparamagnetic beads (4.5 µm diameter) covalently coated with a monoclonal antibody specific for the CD8 membrane antigen expressed primarily on human helper/inducible T cells. The kit also includes DETACHaBEAD™ reagent, which releases cells from Dynabeads™ to obtain pure CD8+ cells. This gentle magnetic separation process yields highly viable beads and antibody-free cells that can be used in any downstream analysis.
Magnetic bead-based separation technology for easy operation
Mix Dynabeads™ with the sample in a culture tube and the beads will bind to the target during a short incubation process cells, and then use a magnetic stand to bind the beads Cells are separated from unbound cells. Positively isolated cells are then washed and DETACHaBEAD™ reagent is added, which gently releases the cells from the beads.
