Use this kit to isolate pure, viable, non-contact CD4+ T cells from PBMC via negative isolation. The kit can remove CD8+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and red blood cells. Human CD4+ T cells selected through negative isolation remain in the sample and do not come into contact with Dynabeads. The microbeads have no real contact with antibody-free CD4+ T cells and have an intact shape, making them suitable for any functional assay and application.

Method Science:Add a cocktail of antibodies against non-CD4 cells to the sample so that they can bind to the cells. Dynabeads™ are added and bind to antibody-labeled cells during a short incubation period. Bead-bound cells on the magnetic rack are rapidly detached and discarded. The remaining negative isolated human non-contact CD4+ T cells can be analyzed directly in a flow cytometer and used for any application.

Note: The negative isolation strategy isolates pure, truly contact-free cells. If higher cell purity is required, a positive cell isolation strategy is recommended
