This gentle, easy-to-use kit allows you to isolate flow cytometry-compatible human CD4+ T cells from PBMCs or directly from whole blood. The beads are released and removed from the cell sample immediately after positive isolation. In this way, you avoid exposing your cells to potentially cytotoxic or immunogenic foreign matter such as iron oxides or dextran, a potential problem when using biodegradable particles. In addition, your cells will not be subjected to stresses conducted through the column.
Human CD4+ cells with purity levels of >95% and recoveries of up to 75% can be achieved.
