Dynabeads™ Mouse T Activator CD3/CD28 is used for the activation and expansion of mouse T cells for research use.

Using Dynabeads™ Mouse T Activator CD3/CD28 you can:

• Activate T cells without feeder cells
• Activate cells Still retains in vivo similar functions
• Achieve extremely high reproducibility without contamination by soluble antibodies or mitogens
• Achieve T cell expansion from 100-fold to 1000-fold< br>
Dynabeads™ Mouse T Activator CD3/CD28 How it works:
Dynabeads™ Mouse T Activator CD3/CD28 provides a simple T cell activation and expansion method without the need for feeder cells (antigen-presenting cells) or antigens. Inert, superparamagnetic beads with a diameter of 4.5 µm are similar in size to antigen-presenting cells and are covalently coupled to anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies. These two antibodies provide primary and co-stimulatory signals and are optimized for efficient T cell activation and expansion. Recombinant IL-2 can be used to stimulate the expansion of T cell populations. After activation or expansion, DynaMag™ Magnetic Stand can be used to easily Remove magnetic beads.

For expansion of antigen-specific T cells via T cell clones or T cell lines, we recommend Dynabeads™ Mouse T Activator CD3/CD28/CD137.

Starting samples
Use samples from spleen or lymph nodes, mononuclear cells (MNCs), whole blood or T cell subsets including CD3+ T cells, CD4+ or CD8+ T cells ) or regulatory T cells obtained from a single cell suspension. Get an overview of the different Dynabeads™s available for cell separation.

Downstream Applications
Activated T cells can be analyzed shortly after activation (for transfection/transduction or to study TCR signaling, proteomics, gene expression, etc. ). T cells can remain in culture medium to differentiate into helper T cell subsets or polyclonal/antigen-specific T cell expansion.
