Mixing three Micro BCA reagents results in a working solution that is sufficiently concentrated to measure protein when mixed with an equal volume of sample. The result is an assay for accurate measurement of protein solutions from 0.5 to 20 μg/mL. The assay is extremely linear and exhibits very low levels of protein-to-protein variability.
