Pierce Anti-HA Sepharose consists of a highly specific monoclonal anti-HA antibody covalently immobilized on a cross-linked 4% beaded agarose support. This product is supplied as a 50% slurry in 0.1 M phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl (pH 7.2) containing 0.05% sodium azide. Anti-HA Sepharose Precipitates 3.5 mg of mouse anti-HA IgG1 monoclonal antibody per mL of agarose resin.
HA-tagged proteins can be easily eluted from the resin using 0.1 M Glycine (pH 2.0–2.8), 3 M NaSCN, or 50 mM NaOH, depending on the downstream application of the purified protein. For mild elution,
