Fixed membrane dilution is intended for use with transcription factors and nuclear proteins (such as Foxp3 and Ki-67) as well as cytokines and Antibodies against chemokines. It is necessary to use Fixed Permeabilization Concentrate (Cat. No. 00-5123) and Permeation Buffer (10X) (Cat. No. 00-8333) to complete the final washing step and resuspend the cells. Alternatively, all buffers required for staining with these antibodies can be purchased together as Foxp3 Transcription Factor Flow Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer (Cat. No. 00-5523).
