SYPRO Ruby Western Blotting Stain is a highly sensitive, ready-to-use fluorescent dye for transferring proteins to nitrocellulose protein or PVDF membrane, making it easy to evaluate the efficiency of protein transfer to the blotting membrane and determine whether the lanes are evenly loaded. Compatible with immunostaining (Western blotting), microsequencing, and mass spectrometry. Stained proteins can be visualized using blue LED or UV transilluminators, or using imaging equipment with appropriate filters or lasers.
