Multiple optimization upgrades
make your results more accurate. TaqMan™ Multiplex Master Mix provides accurate results for multiplex reactions and ensures consistent results between singleplex and multiplex reactions.
Outstanding Performance
TaqMan™ Multiplex Master Mixes perform as well as other multiplex mastermixes on the market. TaqMan™ multiplex master mixes are benchmarked against multiplex master mixes from industry-leading suppliers, ensuring they deliver the best sensitivity, accuracy, dynamic range and specificity.
Reduce standard instrument run times
TaqMan™ Multiplex Master Mixes are optimized for use with both fast and standard instruments, allowing researchers who currently only have standard instruments to You can also benefit from the excellent performance of this master mix and save time.
Residual Contamination Control
TaqMan™ Multiplex Master Mix contains heat-labile uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) to control residual contamination, ensuring user peace of mind. The dUTP in the mixture ensures that the amplified DNA product contains uracil, while the UDG removes uracil residues from single- or double-stranded DNA, preventing dU-containing DNA from becoming a template in subsequent PCR reactions. The UDG incubation step before the PCR cycle destroys dU-containing contaminating products from the previous reaction. The UDG is then inactivated by high temperature during normal PCR cycles, allowing amplification of the true target sequence.
Instrument Compatibility
TaqMan™ Multiplex Master Mix can be used in the fast cycle mode of standard and fast qPCR instruments, such as: 7500 Real-Time PCR System, 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System PCR System, ViiA™ 7 Real-Time PCR System and QuantStudio™ 6 Flex, 7 Flex and 12K Flex Real-Time PCR Systems.
