DynaGreen Protein A/G magnetic beads are Microplastic-free superparamagnetic beads with surface covalently coupled recombinant Protein A/G. The smaller size of submicron magnetic beads (approximately 250 nm) reduces the sedimentation rate and increases the target capture surface area. Therefore, efficient and high-yield separation of target proteins can be achieved within 80 minutes in a simple direct or indirect immunoprecipitation (bind-incubate-elute) protocol without pre-wash steps.
