MagniSort™ Mouse CD8 T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed for the magnetic isolation of mouse CD8 T cells by negative selection. It is optimized for the isolation of mouse CD8 T cells from spleen and lymph nodes using a mixture of biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin-coated magnetic beads. Non-target cells are bound by the antibody and then bound to the magnetic beads. If they are placed in a magnetic field, uncontacted free CD8 naive T cells will be left in the solution.
