TaqPath qPCR Master Mix (CG) is a 2X preparation designed for gene expression and miRNA analysis. This product contains thermostable Fast DNA polymerase, uracil-N-glycosylase (UNG), dNTPs with dUTP, ROX dye (inert reference dye) and optimized buffer composition to make it more robust performance and reproducibility.

Validated through an extensive workflow
TaqPath qPCR Master Mix (CG) has been validated to provide high specificity and dynamic range for a variety of real-time fluorometric quantifications PCR applications. This reagent can be used on a variety of qPCR platforms and can be used under fast or standard cycling conditions. The graph below shows excellent PCR linearity over a range of 8 log input template amounts using gene expression and miRNA detection.

In addition, TaqPath qPCR Master Mix (CG) is specifically designed to maintain consistent performance for up to 48 hours in preloaded reactions. The high stability of this master mix ensures users of high-throughput liquid handling systems that the results from the first assay plate will be consistent with the results from the last assay plate. TaqPath qPCR master mixes are benchmarked against similar competitive master mixes and demonstrate equal or better sensitivity and dynamic range across multiple targets.

Reproducible and sensitive detection
We understand that reliable detection of low-copy targets is critical to assay quality and data interpretation. TaqPath qPCR Master Mix (CG) produces significant and reproducible CT values when detecting ≤10 copies of samples. The figure below shows consistent CT results obtained when testing a 10-copy load of sample using three unique batches.
