Ponceau S Stain is a ready-to-use membrane stain used to evaluate the transfer efficiency of Western blots. This stain is compatible with nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes. Ponceau S staining is reversible and can be destained by brief incubation in 0.1% NaOH
