Gibco AAV-MAX Transfection Kit is an integral component of the AAV-MAX helper-free AAV production system. Formulated for transient transfection of Virus Production Cells 2.0. The kit includes cationic lipofectamine transfection reagent, transfection enhancer and production enhancer, and is designed for use in Synergizes when cultured in Virus Production Medium to produce adeno-associated virus (AAV) particles from Virus Production Cells 2.0.
