TrueCut HiFi Cas9 protein is ideal for applications sensitive to off-target events and when more precise editing is required.

TrueCut HiFi Cas9 protein is an engineered recombinant Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 protein purified from E. coli and can be used for CRISPR-based Technologies for genome editing. The Cas9 protein forms a very stable ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex with guide RNA (gRNA) as a component of the CRISPR/Cas9 system. The introduction of nuclear localization signal (NLS) can help it enter the nucleus and increase the probability of genomic DNA cleavage.
