TaqMan Qiankun Platinum One-Step Multiplex Master Mix is designed for fast, multiplexed, highly sensitive real-time quantitative RT-PCR detection, even High-quality results can also be obtained in complex samples. This master mix contains UDG enzyme to help prevent cross-contamination. Enzyme master mixes and buffers are provided in concentrated form, allowing more sample to be added to each reaction, increasing sensitivity even in small reactions. The separate form of enzyme master mix and buffer facilitates the optimization of reaction conditions and is ideal for molecular diagnostic applications.

High sensitivity
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum One-Step Multiplex Master Mix is optimized to achieve high-sensitivity detection of low-abundance targets. Concentrated enzyme master mix and buffer (10X and 5X respectively) allow the addition of larger amounts of sample to standard reactions for more accurate quantification of low-abundance samples. It also allows the construction of smaller reaction systems and is compatible with fast cycle experimental plans. As low as 5 copies of RNA template were detected in a 20 μL reaction (see figure below).

Multiple targets
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum one-step multiplex master mix can achieve simultaneous detection of up to 5 channels. The graph below shows the linear regression results for a 5-plex detection reaction of human RNA for ACADM, APOE, GAPDH, RNaseP and exogenous internal positive control (IPC) with an R2 value greater than 0.98.

Easy to optimize
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum one-step multiplex master mix separates the enzyme master mix and buffer, which is more conducive to optimizing reaction conditions according to different targets and sample types.

Suitable for complex samples
The buffer components and proprietary additives in TaqMan Qiankun Platinum One-Step Multiplex Master Mix have been optimized, even for saliva and crude cell extracts (See figure below) and other complex samples, it can also ensure reliable results.

Wide dynamic range
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum One-Step Multiplex Master Mix can cover up to 6 logarithmic dynamic ranges (see the figure below), and can be used for different targets. The detection range is comparable or better than that of other master mixes (see figure below).
