TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiplex Master Mix is designed for fast, multiplex, and highly sensitive real-time PCR detection, even in complex samples. High quality results can be obtained. This master mix contains UDG enzyme to help prevent cross-contamination and provides high stability and batch-to-batch consistency, making it ideal for biomedical applications and molecular diagnostics.

TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiplex Master Mix is optimized to achieve high-sensitivity detection of low-abundance targets. As low as 5 copies of DNA template were detected in a 20 μL reaction (see figure below).

Multiple targets
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiplex Master Mix can achieve up to 5 channels of simultaneous detection. The graph below shows the linear regression results for a 5-plex reaction of human cDNA for ACADM, APOE, RNaseP, GAPDH and exogenous internal positive control (IPC) with an R2 value greater than 0.98.

Fast reaction:
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiplex Master Mix can complete detection in fast mode on the QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System in 40 minutes. Available for both fast and standard instruments, bringing performance benefits and time savings to researchers who currently own standard instruments.

High Stability:
TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiplex Master Mix is designed to maintain high performance levels, and the prepared reactants can be stored at room temperature for up to 72 hours. The graph below shows the stability of the reaction performed as prepared (time 0) and after 72 hours of incubation at room temperature.

High batch-to-batch consistency:
The production process of TaqMan Qiankun Platinum Multiple Master Mix follows the ISO 9001 quality management system, which helps ensure the traceability of the production process and establish Quality control points from raw material procurement to product release, thus helping to achieve a high degree of batch-to-batch consistency of the master mix (see image below).
