1–2X consisting of 95% formamide, 18 mM EDTA and 0.025% SDS, xylene cyanine and bromophenol blue solution. Available in 10mL bottles. All Ambion® gel loading solutions are rigorously tested for non-specific endonuclease activity, exonuclease activity, RNase activity and functionality. These solutions are the same ones we use in-house and in our kits.
