Ambion™ Buffer Kit provides high-quality, RNase-free buffers for critical RNA analysis procedures. The kit consists of a 100 mL bottle of the following components: 1 M Tris (pH 7.0), 1 M Tris (pH 8.0), 5 M NaCl, 1 M MgCl₂ , 0.5 M EDTA (pH 8.0), 2 M KCl, 5 M Ammonium Acetate, and DEPC treated H₂O. Ammonium acetate is sterile filtered. All other solutions are autoclaved after packaging to ensure sterility. These reagents are rigorously tested for non-specific contaminating endonuclease, exonuclease, and RNase activity.
