CellROX™ mixed pack contains one bottle each of CellROX™ Green Reagent, CellROX™ Orange Reagent and CellROX™ Deep Red Reagent ( 50 µL). These three reagents are novel fluorescent probes for measuring oxidative stress in living cells. These cell-penetrating dyes fluoresce brightly upon oxidation by reactive oxygen species (ROS). CellROX™ Reagents:

•Optimized for detecting oxidative stress in living cells and can be added directly to serum-containing in growth media
• Supplied as a stable, ready-to-use DMSO solution with a simple protocol and compatible with standard workflows for fluorescence microscopy
• Compatible with a variety of detection platforms, including traditional fluorescence microscopy, High Content Screening (HCS) and Flow Cytometry

Oxidative stress is caused by an imbalance between the generation capacity of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the scavenging capacity of cells. ROS play an important role in the progression of several diseases, including inflammation, atherosclerosis, aging, and age-related degenerative diseases.
