CountBright Plus Absolute Counting Beads are a calibrated ∼4 µm bead suspension that encapsulates A dye that is excited in the UV-IR wavelength range and fluoresces brightly in the emission range of 385-860 nm. If the flow cytometer is unable to provide an absolute cell count, absolute counting beads can be used to help determine the count. Absolute cell count refers to the concentration of cells in the original sample.
