The ChargeSwitch™ PCR Purification Kit is an extremely fast and efficient way to remove primers, unincorporated dNTPs, thermostable polymerase, and salts (Figure 1). The kit is scalable for use with automated liquid handling systems. This kit contains all necessary reagents for the listed preparation times and requires the use of magnetic accessory products.
