Thermo Scientific Phire Tissue Direct PCR Master Mix was developed for use with a variety of tissues obtained directly from mice, humans, fish, birds, and insects. Amplify DNA in tissues. Master mixes containing Phire Hot Start II DNA Polymerase are specially formulated for use in the presence of inhibitors derived from different animal tissues such as collagen, melanin and eumelanin (hair, skin) or myoglobin (muscle) Perform PCR. The kit also includes Thermo Scientific DNARelease additive, which can be used to improve the release of DNA from difficult tissues.
